Noise is an intense and intimidating person. She tries her best to act cool and collected but is easily frustrated. In truth, she is very afraid of other people and would like other people to be equally scared of her.
Deus Ex Machina:
Voltum Promise - Noise can absorb electronic devices. She can then eject the devices at will or switch out parts of her body with them. When used as part of her body, devices don't need electricity or fuel to function but will drain her energy. She can also merge devices before ejecting them, though they may not always work as intended afterwards.
Full Body RT:
All of her body, except for the brain, has been replaced with an RT, giving it the functions of a modern computer.
